• You extend your portfolio of clients by using different tools : sourcing, prospection, cold calling, advertising in order to find the best talents in the market,
• You anticipate, negotiate and analyse the situation in order to match with your client's needs,
• You negotiate with clients about the conditions, profiles, salary
• To attract the best candidates, you will write creative advertisements !

• You are sales-oriented and have good communications skills.
• You are motivated, stress resistant and eager to learn more about sales
• A good knowledge of English and Dutch is required.
• Negotiating is innate in you and you want to implement it everyday!
